Role Overview

We’re looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founding team on growth, strategy, product, and marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for those who love wearing multiple hats and learning how startups are built from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist founders in sales, marketing, and growth strategy execution
• Create pitch decks, investor documents, and market research reports
• Design creatives using Canva/Figma aligned with TalkDrill’s brand
• Ideate and execute social media campaigns and influencer outreach
• Use GPT tools and prompt engineering for marketing, content, and automation
• Support community building, partnerships, and product feedback loops
• Work with cross-functional teams on product design and user experience

• Sales & marketing mindset
• Canva & Figma proficiency
• GPT / AI tools & prompt engineering
• Graphic design & storytelling skills
• Copywriting and creative ideation
• Research, documentation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of user psychology, trends, and startup growth

• Students from IITs, NITs, IIMs, or reputed business/design schools in India
