Role Overview:

As a Graphics Designer at TalkDrill, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling designs that communicate our brand story, support marketing campaigns, and enhance the learning experience. You should be skilled in both design tools and AI-assisted creativity, with strong prompt-writing expertise to maximize the use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing assets for TalkDrill.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop visuals aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Use

  ChatGPT

  and other AI tools for generating creative ideas, copy suggestions, and visual concepts.
• Apply

  prompt engineering skills

  to create optimized prompts for AI-assisted design workflows.
• Design and prototype using

  Canva, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.

• Support video teams with thumbnails, infographics, and visual overlays.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure UI/UX consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in

  Canva, Figma, and other design tools

  .
• Strong

  ChatGPT and prompt engineering skills

  to leverage AI for design ideation.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to transform ideas into engaging and impactful visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Previous experience in EdTech, SaaS, or startup environments.
