About TalkDrill:


TalkDrill is a fast-growing English-speaking practice platform designed to help learners actually speak in real-life situations not just learn grammar. With AI-powered conversations, peer-to-peer practice, and professional coaching, we’re on a mission to make English learning practical, fun, and accessible.


Role Overview:


We’re looking for a Customer Consultant who can connect with our potential learners, understand their goals, and help them choose the right TalkDrill plan. You’ll be the first human connection they make with our brand — guiding, motivating, and ensuring they start their English fluency journey confidently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call and engage with potential customers who have shown interest in TalkDrill.
  • Clearly explain TalkDrill’s plans, benefits, and learning approach.
  • Motivate users to purchase and start their speaking plan.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to suggest the best plan.
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product and marketing team.


Skills & Qualities:


  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, persuasive, and empathetic speaking style.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is a plus.


Work Mode:


  • Remote / Hybrid (depending on location)
  • Flexible hours based on customer availability


Compensation:


  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
