Vrajbhoomi

This is a full-time, onsite internship in Ahmedabad — a 4-month immersive experience starting January 2026, working directly with our founder, Priyam Shah , on projects spanning strategy, operations, people, and collaborations. Based on performance and alignment, selected interns may be offered a full-time role, with an expected commitment of at least one year at Vraj:bhoomi. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist the founder in coordinating ongoing projects across departments (operations, HR, marketing, and e-commerce). Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for ongoing priorities. Support research and analysis - from process improvement ideas to potential collaborations or new opportunities. Participate in internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on key action points. Support brand communication and documentation - presentations, briefs, and review decks. Shadow the founder in day-to-day operations to understand decision-making, team dynamics, and brand building. Ensure smooth coordination between teams and provide administrative and operational support wherever required. Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and performance).
