Founders Office Intern

Note: This position is only for candidates currently residing in Mumbai. Agency experience is preferable

About the Role:

This role is a unique mix of strategy, execution, research, and operations. You’ll assist with a wide range of high-impact tasks across functions

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founder(s) on strategic initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day operations
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for decision-making
• Assist in project management and track execution across departments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage calendars, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of ownership and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and takes full ownership of assigned tasks, always willing to exceed expectations.
• Highly energetic, self-driven, and maintains a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude.
