Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a social-first marketer who lives and breathes content, community, and culture.

Someone who can think like a strategist, shoot like a creator, and scale like a growth marketer.

You’ll own the brand’s presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and beyond — from idea to reel to results. If you know how to turn scrolls into saves, comments into community, and eyeballs into sales — you’ll love this role.

+ What You’ll Do:

- Strategy & Planning:

• Build monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with brand & business goals
• Research trends, insights, and competitor moves — and turn them into content opportunities
• Translate marketing objectives into thumb-stopping ideas

- Content Creation:

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit

  Reels/Shorts

  (phone or camera)
• Direct & capture lifestyle, recipe, behind-the-scenes, and product videos
• Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)

- Community & Engagement:

• Manage DMs, comments, and engagement
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and micro-communities
• Stay ahead of internet culture, meme trends, and viral formats

- Performance & Growth:

• Plan & execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• A/B test creatives, hooks, and audience targeting

- Copywriting & Brand Voice:

• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert
• Adapt tone per platform — witty, bold, relatable, and scroll-stopping

+ You’ll Excel If You:

• Are obsessed with social media and know how algorithms evolve
• Can balance creativity with performance metrics
• Have hands-on experience with content creation (shooting + editing)
• Have managed pages that grew followers, engagement, or sales
• Understand visual storytelling, trends, and what makes people share
