As an Founders Office - Growth Intern (Internship+PPO) at Kalvium, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of enterprise partners. You will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, identifying key decision-makers within leading tech companies and initiating the first crucial conversations that lead to strategic partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, market research, and professional communication within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What We're Looking For:

Strong research skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily targets.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is highly desirable.

Enthusiasm for the tech industry and understanding how talent shapes organizations.

Graduate in any discipline, Preferable MBA/BBA

Location: Onsite (Bangalore Office)

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

CTC: 3 Months of Internship with a Stipend of Rs. 20,000/Month. Upon Conversion to Full Time, The CTC will be between 5 LPA to 8 LPA
