Department: Platform Sales & Distribution Designation: Assistant Manager Sales & Distribution Experience required: 5-9 years in a similar field Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales & Distribution to drive strategic growth across White label, API, and Distributor segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, partner management, and operational excellence, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Development (New Client Acquisition): Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets across Whitelabel, API, and Distributor channels. • Partner Onboarding & Activation: Facilitate smooth onboarding of partners by ensuring timely issuance of live credentials for Whitelabel and API integrations. • Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with partners, ensuring business objectives are met while safeguarding company interests. • Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts, agreements, and engagements are fully compliant with legal and regulatory standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technology team to support feature rollouts, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver uninterrupted services to partners. • Real-Time Deal Monitoring: Monitor deal distribution across all partners and agents in real time, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement. • Operational Oversight: Manage call center operations to ensure prompt and effective support for partners and clients, maintaining high standards of service delivery. • Team Management: Lead and manage the sales and operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimal performance. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong sales acumen with experience in client acquisition and partner management • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills • Knowledge of API/Whitelabel distribution models • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Analytical mindset with strong monitoring and reporting abilities • Leadership and team management capabilities Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
