🎯 Role: Founders Office Intern – Growth & Partnerships

As a Founders Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team, wearing multiple hats across growth, partnerships, and strategy execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, ready to fold your sleeve and get on the market job, and wants end-to-end exposure to running a startup.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Outreach: Identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant/supermarket partners

• Customer Engagement & Account Management: Nurture existing partners, resolve queries, and gather feedback

• Public Relations & Communications: Support social media, PR campaigns, and content to amplify Plenti’s story

• Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention; prepare reports for leadership

• Strategic Projects: Assist the founders with special initiatives and cross-functional tasks

🧩 Who You Are

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field

• Strong communicator with a knack for building relationships

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, or analytics dashboards

• Passionate about sustainability, food access, and startups

• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys learning by doing
