Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Siliguri for a position in the Founders' Office at Falverra. The role involves supporting the founders in day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing key projects, and liaising with different departments to ensure smooth workflows. Additional tasks include data analysis, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting in high-level decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong strategic planning and project management skills Experience in data analysis and report preparation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with different departments Ability to support high-level decision-making processes Previous experience in a similar role or in a startup environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
