Role Overview


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with retail clients on orders, inquiries, and relationship management
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and track order fulfillment
  • Support vendor relations and procurement processes
  • Handle accounting tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Monitor inventory records and stock level reporting
  • Oversee logistics coordination and shipping processes
  • Manage task assignments and follow-ups across the team
  • Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide support to the founder including meeting coordination and administrative assistance
  • Coordinate client meeting preparations
  • Handle office management and support marketing efforts
  • Manage confidential information and communications
  • Take on any task that supports business operations - no task is too big or too small


Skills & Qualifications

  • Open to all career levels - from fresh graduates to experienced professionals
  • Education: Any graduate degree; specific field not required
  • Experience: While previous experience in retail, distribution, or business operations is beneficial, we welcome candidates with transferable skills from any industry
  • Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn business software
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Practical problem-solving mindset and eagerness to develop business acumen
  • Willingness to handle any task regardless of perceived status or complexity
  • Ability to work independently or willingness to develop this skill
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
