Founder's Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

a. Assisting founder in all areas.

b. Creating pre-sales and sales pitch decks.

c. Handling client queries from onboarding to client reporting.

d. Effective communication with the clients and maintaining client relationships.

e. Effective financial reporting including performance and portfolio review reports.

Key candidate aptitude requirements :

1. Problem Solving attitude.
2. Working on stricter timelines and requires independent problem solving attitude.
3. Good English written communication.
4. Appropriate understanding of key financial ratios and financial statements.
5. Ability to build trust with the founder.
6. An ownership first mindset with high performance standards.
