About the Role:

As a Founders’ Office Associate at Patch up, you’ll operate as a strategic right hand to the founding team, working across functions to drive high-priority initiatives and business-critical projects. From crafting growth strategies and unlocking new revenue opportunities to coordinating with cross-functional teams and streamlining internal operations, you’ll have a front-row seat (and an active role) in shaping the company’s roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Projects & Problem Solving

• Tackle complex problems through research, data analysis, and execution.
• Assist founders in org-wide strategic planning and goal setting.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans for growth.

Operations & Growth

• Lead high-priority initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Analyze market trends, business performance, and competition to derive insights.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and investor decks.
• Support the founders in decision-making with actionable data and insights.
• Communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Special Projects & Innovation

• Support new product launches, GTM strategies, and process optimization.
• Be the go-to person for mission-critical projects and last-minute firefighting.
• Step into any function when needed—no two weeks will look the same!

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm or growth-stage startup
• Undergraduate degree from a Tier-1 institute preferred
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently with a strong sense of ownership
