You will coordinate projects, prepare insights for decision-making, and make sure goals are met on time. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be at the heart of strategic and operational decision-making, this is the role for you.

• Collaborate with the founder and senior leadership on key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Drive special projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Deliver requirements documents with prioritized objectives and corresponding justification.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep workflows and processes running smoothly.
• Support early-stage initiatives, pilot programs, and operational rollouts.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI trackers, and executive summaries for leadership review.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support with priority-setting, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure critical goals are met.



• Proven track record of managing and delivering cross-functional projects successfully.
• Experience in strategy, operations, or project management is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
• Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and insights for senior leadership.
