🎯 About the Role

Founder’s Associate Intern

You’ll be the founder’s right hand — helping manage day-to-day operations, organize documentation, support hiring, and assist across projects spanning product, marketing, operations, and partnerships.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• 📚

  Build the company wiki:

  Document processes, SOPs, policies, and project knowledge into a clean, organized internal knowledge base.
• ⚙️

  Create operational playbooks:

  Standardize and write down how recurring tasks are done across marketing, HR, and operations.
• 🧑 💼

  Assist in people operations:

  Help manage employee onboarding, internal communication, and scheduling.
• 🧾

  Administrative support:

  Handle documents, reports, vendor coordination, and follow-ups for the founding team.
• 🔍

  Research & analysis:

  Conduct quick research projects, competitor studies, or market scans for new ideas.
• 📅

  Project coordination:

  Track progress, manage Notion / ClickUp / Asana boards, and ensure deadlines are met.
• 🧠

  Strategic assistance:

  Participate in brainstorming sessions for product, marketing, or growth initiatives.

  Internal communication:

  Help align different teams (LoomyLabs tech + LoomyAds creative) through clear documentation and updates.

  “Do-it-all” mindset:

  Jump in wherever help is needed — from preparing pitch decks to managing event logistics to organizing data.
