Location: Bhopal (On-site/Hybrid)
Duration: 3–6 months Internship (with opportunity for full-time role)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month + Incentives

About Us

Vistaar Webx is a full-service Brand Development & Digital Commerce Agency, working with businesses across F&B, Fashion, Lifestyle, Industrial, and FMCG sectors. We partner with brands to scale through Social Media, Performance Ads, Websites, E-commerce, and Branding.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern – someone who will work directly with the Founder/CEO and get exposure to strategy, operations, client management, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Shadow the Founder in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy sessions.
• Assist in research, presentations, and proposals for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track key tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the Founder.
• Support in business development – from lead generation to outreach.
• Handle documentation, SOP creation, and process optimization.
• Be a problem-solver – jump into new challenges and find quick solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication & writing skills (English + Hindi preferred).
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Interest in business strategy, marketing, and startups.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers or students in final year of BBA/B.Com/BA/Engineering/MBA can apply.
