Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Assist the founder with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communications.2. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data to support strategic decision-making.3. Project Management: Manage and track progress on various strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.4. Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.5. Communication: Act as a liaison between the founder and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key projects.6. Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the founder with any additional tasks as needed, ranging from administrative duties to strategic brainstorming sessions.Qualifications:1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. High level of discretion and confidentiality.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.7. Previous internship or work experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.What We Offer:1.
