As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Founding Team to keep the agency running smoothly coordinating teams, managing priorities, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

What You ll Do

Act as the bridge between the Founding Team and multiple internal teams for flawless execution.
Manage schedules, meetings, priorities, and key projects ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Streamline day-to-day operations, identify gaps, and introduce smarter, faster ways of working.
Communicate crisply with clients, partners, and leadership clarity is your superpower.
Track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure timely outcomes across business priorities.
Bring creative problem-solving energy to turn bottlenecks into breakthroughs.
Shadow leaders to learn the ropes with a path toward becoming a leader yourself.
Learn and support business decision-making processes.
