Responsibilities

• Assist founders in creating pricing, margin, and discounting strategies

• Support supply chain and operations optimisation projects

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly operational governance updates

• Work on inventory planning, forecasting, and stock movement analysis

• Conduct NPD (new product development) white-space research

• Perform competitive benchmarking and market intelligence

• Coordinate with finance, operations, marketing, and supply teams for project execution

• Troubleshoot real-time operational problems and execute improvement initiatives

• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and present insights to the leadership team
