Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder, located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Founder will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of HighKites Digital Solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include setting company goals, developing business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, leading the team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring business growth through innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing operations.
• Business Strategy and Development skills: Proficiency in setting company goals, developing business plans, and driving business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships and oversee project delivery.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and strategic use of data-driven insights.
• Innovation and Creativity: Capability to incorporate fresh ideas and adaptive approaches to ensure business success.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication along with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with digital solutions or agency work is beneficial.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
