The Founder will be responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the company, managing top-level operational decisions, leading business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, setting up organizational culture and structure, and ensuring the overall growth and scalability of GlamLuxe. Daily tasks include strategic planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and maintaining a strong company presence in the market. Qualifications Leadership and Strategic Planning skills Business Development and Relationship Management skills Operational Management and Resource Allocation experience Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills Innovative Thinking and Strategic Vision Proven track record in managing business growth Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
