This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder, located in Porbandar. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the company, managing top-level operational decisions, leading business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, setting up organizational culture and structure, and ensuring the overall growth and scalability of GlamLuxe. Daily tasks include strategic planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and maintaining a strong company presence in the market.
