Company Description Maha-Nyay is a non-profit organization committed to promoting justice, equality, and legal awareness across all sections of society, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, gender, or background. We work tirelessly to ensure that every individual, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, has access to justice, legal aid, and essential support systems. Our programs include legal aid and counseling, awareness campaigns, internships, research, and collaboration with various entities. We also maintain legal literacy centers, community helpdesks, and helplines to provide accessible grievance redressal and community support. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Founder, located in Jaipur. The Founder will be responsible for leading the organization, overseeing programs and initiatives, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role includes strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, public speaking, and representing the organization at events and forums. The Founder will also guide and mentor teams, oversee financial management, and ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Experience in fundraising, advocacy, and public speaking Excellent communication and relationship management skills Background in legal aid, human rights, or social justice Proven experience in non-profit management and program implementation Ability to work on-site in Jaipur Passion for promoting justice, equality, and legal awareness
