The role is hybrid, based in Jamshedpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting the vision and strategy for the company, managing resources, and ensuring business growth. Tasks include leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy, identifying new market opportunities, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring the company's mission and values are upheld. The Founder will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners. Qualifications Leadership and strategic thinking skills Experience in business development and financial management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage resources and ensure business growth Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Understanding of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in the food industry is a plus
