Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder, located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Founder will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of HighKites Digital Solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include setting company goals, developing business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, leading the team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring business growth through innovation and excellence. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing operations. Business Strategy and Development skills: Proficiency in setting company goals, developing business plans, and driving business growth. Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships and oversee project delivery. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and strategic use of data-driven insights. Innovation and Creativity: Capability to incorporate fresh ideas and adaptive approaches to ensure business success. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication along with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Experience with digital solutions or agency work is beneficial. Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
