Job Title: Forging Engineering Head – Forging Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Forging Engineering Head to lead our engineering and process development functions in the forging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete forging design, process planning, tooling development, and technical optimization to achieve superior quality, cost efficiency, and productivity. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in forging technology, metallurgical processes, and modern manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the forging design and process engineering team to develop and optimize forging processes for new and existing products.
• Oversee die design, simulation, and tooling development using Design Software and forging simulation software.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications, metallurgical requirements, and dimensional tolerances.
• Plan and execute process validation, trials, and continuous improvement projects for productivity and quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with the quality, production, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Review and approve process flow diagrams, control plans, and PFMEAs for new product development.
• Drive innovation in forging techniques, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support customer audits, technical presentations, and new business development through engineering inputs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and safety standards across all engineering activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the forging industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in forging design, die development, process optimization, and metallurgical control.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM, 3D modeling, and forging simulation tools (such as DEFORM or QForm).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
