Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, manage food service staff, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
• Experience with service standards and food service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
