Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated QA/Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain

  test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Conduct

  functional, integration, regression, and system testing

  of Dynamics 365 Commerce modules.
• Identify, document, and track

  defects/issues

  using standard defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure

  requirements are fully tested

  .
• Perform

  end-to-end testing of commerce scenarios

  including POS, e-commerce, and retail operations.
• Validate

  customizations, extensions, and integrations

  within Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Provide clear and detailed

  test reports, metrics, and recommendations

  for quality improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce testing

  .
• Knowledge of

  Dynamics 365 modules, extensions, and integrations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  QA/testing tools

  (like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
• Understanding of

  functional testing, regression testing, UAT, and system testing

  .
• Familiarity with

  POS, e-commerce workflows, and retail business processes

  .
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  automation testing

  for Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Familiarity with

  Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain

  , or other Microsoft Business Applications.
• Exposure to

  cloud deployment and integration testing

  .
