Role & responsibilities Job Description: Sales Filed Officer Company: IT Khandeshi Solapuri Jayka Industry: Masala, Spices, and Frozen Foods Manufacturing Location: Field-based Job Salary Package: 2,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum Experience Required: 2 to 6 years (Food Processing/FMCG, with Frozen Food experience preferred) Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets (value, volume, distribution) aligned with company sales policies and strategies. Conduct regular visits to assigned customers as per structured and cost-effective journey plans. Develop and execute monthly sales plans for specific customers to meet value and volume targets by product category. Expand the distribution network and increase usage of frozen products among potential customers. Monitor, evaluate, and maintain customer accounts ensuring adherence to established company processes. Drive secondary sales through effective management of retailers and distributors. Ensure timely collections and adherence to the company's credit policies. Proactively target and add new customer accounts, maintaining thorough documentation and processes. Leverage IT systems to analyze key territory outlets by product category and their significance towards achieving territory sales objectives. Maintain a systematic administrative setup, including customer record cards, daily call reports, expense tracking, and work planning, ensuring timely completion and submission. Qualifications: Graduation (any discipline) Minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant sales experience Candidates from Food Processing/FMCG industry, particularly with Frozen Food sales experience, will be given preference Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation Proficient in sales planning and territory management Good understanding of FMCG/Frozen Food market dynamics Comfortable using IT systems for sales analysis and reporting Preferred candidate profile
