Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 5-10 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS platforms
• Work closely with designers and product stakeholders to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile experiences
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems with efficiency and reliability
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, speed, and stability across devices and OS versions
• Write clean, maintainable, modular, and well-documented code following established coding standards and architecture patterns
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and platform inconsistencies
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, MobX, or GetX to maintain predictable app behavior
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to improving code quality, and maintain high engineering standards
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development ecosystem advancements, adopting best practices whenever relevant
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver releases on time
• Support app store deployment processes, including signing, release notes, versioning, and compliance checks
• Maintain clear documentation for features, APIs, and application flows to ensure knowledge continuity
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development experience, with a solid understanding of Dart and modern mobile application patterns
• You excel at converting design prototypes into polished, real-world mobile interfaces with excellent attention to detail
• You bring strong problem-solving abilities, especially when dealing with performance issues, state management, and app scalability
• You have experience integrating APIs, managing large codebases, and working with mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly, and enjoy partnering with product, design, and engineering teams
