Job Title: Flutter Developer (1–1.5 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, a good understanding of mobile app development lifecycles, and a keen eye for detail in UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Identify and fix bugs, and improve app stability and performance.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, libraries, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.

• Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and Firebase.

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).

• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

• Experience in integrating APIs, JSON handling, and local databases (SQLite, Hive, etc.).

• Basic understanding of deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

• Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
