Flutter Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with at least 3+ years of experience in end-to-end mobile application development. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our Go Dating app to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a high-performance, scalable Flutter application for both Android and iOS platforms. Implement new features and enhance existing functionality to improve user experience. Work closely with UI/UX designers to create a visually appealing and intuitive interface. Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services as required. Optimize app performance, ensuring smooth animations and transitions. Debug, test, and fix issues to ensure a bug-free experience. Collaborate with backend developers to align mobile applications with server-side functionalities. Maintain clean, efficient, and modular code with best coding practices. Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Flutter & Dart (Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience) Strong understanding of State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX) Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, Crashlytics) Knowledge of RESTful APIs & GraphQL Experience with third-party SDKs and API integrations Strong understanding of Flutter Animations & UI Development Proficiency in Git version control Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications Good knowledge of Android & iOS deployment processes (Google Play Store & App Store) Experience in handling app security, authentication, and payment gateway integrations

Nice to Have:

Experience with WebRTC or live chat/video calling integrations Knowledge of AI-based recommendation algorithms Familiarity with Agile development methodology Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio

Compensation:

Salary Range: INR 4-6 LPA (based on experience and skills)
