Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Lead by example to meet and exceed sales targets.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally.
Assist in clienteling efforts to boost repeat business.

2. Team Management

Supervise sales associates and support staff on the floor.
Organize floor shifts and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance.
Motivate staff to achieve individual and team KPIs.

3. Operations & Merchandising

Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor; coordinate with inventory/back-office.
Ensure product displays, counters, and showcases are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor security and loss prevention protocols, especially with high-value jewellery.
Ensure adherence to SOPs related to billing, packaging, and product handling.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Assist in daily sales reporting and floor performance analysis.
Liaise with the Store Manager for operational updates and business insights.
Coordinate with visual merchandisers, marketing, and other departments as required.
