The Purple Turtles is a premium home décor and lifestyle brand, celebrated for its timeless designs, artisanal craftsmanship, and unique collections. We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our Indira Nagar store, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsiblities

• Propose and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Maintain and update sales reports and MIS in Excel; ensure effective internal communication.
• Manage inventory, including stock checks and timely replenishment.
• Operate and maintain proficiency in retail software (Tally / Wondersoft).
• Uphold store standards and ensure attractive visual merchandising to maximize sales impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of

  retail sales experience

  , preferably in premium lifestyle or

  home décor brands

  .
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail software (Tally / Wondersoft).
• Ability to independently manage store operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
