Job Description

Role: Floor Manager Division: Jewellery - Tanishq Location: Koramangala- Bengaluru Roles and Responsibilities Manage floor operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee counter sales, jewelry display management, and inventory control. Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Monitor store performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and shrinkage levels. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in retail operations or related field (jewelry industry preferred). Strong understanding of floor management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction. Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (sales analytics) . Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
