Job Timing : 11am - 9PM Job Description: Mitesh Rathi Classes is seeking a proactive and organized Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of classes, and maintain discipline within the institute. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the institute’s premises. Supervise student movements, classroom schedules, and faculty coordination. Ensure discipline, security, and a conducive learning environment. Address student and parent queries related to operational matters. Coordinate with administrative and academic teams for seamless execution of sessions. Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management. Assist in organizing tests, events, and other academic activities. Handle any operational challenges efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role (education sector preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
