Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager, based in Rajkot. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. Key duties include ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients and staff, providing training to employees, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Floor Manager will also handle any issues that arise, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
