About the Role:

dynamic and result-oriented Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-floor sales operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
• Monitor and track individual and team sales performance against targets.
• Identify sales gaps, pitch issues, and team challenges — and provide immediate solutions.
• Motivate, mentor, and support sales executives to maximize productivity and conversions.
• Ensure effective customer interaction, follow-ups, and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain discipline, energy, and professional decorum on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with management to implement new strategies, offers, or campaigns.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales performance, team updates, and targets achieved.
• Be the go-to person for sales queries, client escalations, and operational hiccups on the floor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or floor/team management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client handling.
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to manage pressure and motivate teams.
