Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ernakulam for a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and a memorable experience for guests. Responsibilities include managing floor staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, handling customer queries or concerns, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. The role also involves training staff and optimizing operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven ability in Operations Management to oversee and streamline floor activities.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff to enhance their performance.
• Leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
