Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our vibrant team. If you have an eye for detail, a taste for fine food, and a flair for team leadership – this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience

• Maintain product displays and inventory on the shop floor

• Train, guide, and supervise store staff

• Manage POS, billing, and ensure smooth checkouts

• Handle customer queries and feedback with grace and professionalism

• Coordinate with backend and inventory teams

• Ensure hygiene, aesthetics, and ambience standards are met

• Actively support store events, tastings, and promotional setups

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Retail or Hospitality preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in store management, customer service, or retail floor operations

• Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Smart, organized, and proactive with a pleasing personality

• Basic understanding of social media is a plus

• Passionate about gourmet food, luxury retail, and premium service
