Role Description

This is a full-time On-site Restaurant Manager role located in Ahmedabad (Near Zaveri Circle) at Crimson Cup Cafe. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, order taking, overseeing cleanliness, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling influencer, maintaining discipline among staff, inventory management, maintaining high levels of customer service, event bookings, Captains App management, upselling and overseeing food & beverage quality.

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 (+incentive)

Experience - Minimum 4 years in the industry

Week-off - Monday

• Strong Leadership and Team management skills
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is Mandatory
• Self-disciplined and Presentable
• KOT handling (Pet Pooja software)
• Workshop, event tie-ups
