Job Description

Position Overview

The Floor Coordinator (FC) plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and operational support within assigned SBI branches or administrative offices.
This role combines administrative management, customer facilitation, facility coordination, and inter-departmental communication to maintain high operational standards across the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact on the floor for both staff and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate between branch staff, Administrative Office (AO), Regional Business Office (RBO), and support vendors.
  • Assist customers in navigating banking services, including guiding them toward self-service options (ATMs, kiosks, YONO, UPI, Internet Banking, etc.).
  • Monitor housekeeping and facility activities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and stock availability (stationery, utilities, etc.).
  • Report daily operational updates and issues to the AO or HR coordinator, maintaining activity trackers and checklists.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
  • Support in organizing meetings, audits, and administrative events within the branch or office premises.
  • Escalate service issues (IT, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to the concerned teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and daily reports for audit or management review.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational activities effectively.
  • Basic understanding of banking processes or facility management functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for report generation and tracking.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in facility coordination, admin support, customer service, or operations roles.
  • Freshers with strong interpersonal and communication skills may also be considered.

Work Schedule

  • Location: AO Panchkula and nearby branches under RBO (Pinjore, Taraori, Indri, Gharanunda).
  • Timing: As per SBI branch operational hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹14,720.19 - ₹22,000.00 per month
