Floor Executive

Manages daily operations, staff, and customer satisfaction by supervising staff, training, scheduling, handling complaints, ensuring visual merchandising, managing inventory, driving sales, and maintaining health/safety standards for a smooth, efficient, and pleasant shopping environment for visitors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule shifts, motivate, and supervise floor staff/associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and high performance.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, resolve complaints and issues promptly, handle escalations, collect feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales & Operations: Oversee daily operations (opening/closing), drive sales, meet targets, implement strategies, and analyze performance metrics.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, ensure proper product display, maintain visual standards, and manage stock rotation.
• Mall Environment: Ensure cleanliness, report safety hazards, monitor signage/displays, and coordinate with security/other departments for emergencies.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales, staff performance, inventory, and customer feedback to upper management.
