◆ Location:

Kolaghat- East Medinipur.

◆ KEY Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and fully coordinated models.
• Generate construction/shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
• Apply BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar software.
• Update and maintain BIM models in line with project revisions and site changes.
• Assist in preparation of LOD (100–500) models depending on project stage.
• Ensure compliance with international and project-specific BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Support project teams with BIM-related queries and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with site engineers for accurate execution and resolve coordination issues.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and present BIM models for review.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to BIM data handover at project close-out.

◆ Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Diploma can apply)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in MEP projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, Level of Detail (LOD) specifications, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and multi-disciplinary integration.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM 360, and other advanced BIM platforms (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
