Floor Assistant

As a Bank Branch Assistant, your primary role will be to assist walk-in customers with their basic banking needs. You will be responsible for guiding customers with various services such as forms, digital banking services (YONO, ATM, UPI), and addressing general inquiries. It is imperative that you ensure every customer receives proper attention and support during their visit to the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with filling out forms and addressing basic queries - Provide support in using digital banking services like YONO, ATM, UPI, and Net Banking - Direct customers to the appropriate counters for their specific needs - Offer product information and distribute brochures to interested customers - Provide priority service to senior and HNI customers - Ensure that no customer is left unattended inside the branch premises Eligibility: - Must be a Graduate - Age between 21 to 30 years - Preferably have 1 year of experience in customer service or BFSI sector - Proficiency in the local language along with basic English skills is required - Comfortable working inside a bank branch environment In addition to the job requirements, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
