Floor Assistant

Job Description:
Khandelwal Sarees is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Incharge to oversee our saree and female dress material section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for [include specific responsibilities, such as managing inventory, leading a sales team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers].

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the saree and female dress material section.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, restocking, and product displays.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the shop's cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a saree and dress material store.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers.
• Knowledge of saree fabrics, fashion trends, and female dress materials.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
