Assist the floor manager with supervising daily activities to ensure smooth operations. Customer service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintenance and cleanliness: Keep the floor area clean, organized, and presentable by performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, and arranging displays. Inventory management: Help track stock, ensure products are available, and assist with ordering or restocking. Staff assistance: Support and provide direction to other floor staff, and help with training or delegating tasks. Safety and compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and health guidelines are followed. Specialized duties: Perform specific tasks depending on the environment, such as checking props in a studio, chasing late-comers for a show, or assisting with cleaning in a hotel.
