Flexcube Technical Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Flexcube Consultant to join our team to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Flexcube across various banking modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Flexcube and a solid understanding of core banking systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Flexcube solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Flexcube, OBPM, OBBRN and OBCL
• Business requirement gathering and Perform Gap analysis between business requirement and system functionalities to propose new solutions
• Provide day-to-day support to business users and resolve Flexcube-related issues with end-to-end tracking in Finexta tools
• Customization in Flexcube modules as per the client’s requirement including RAD screen development, developing Plsql, java code.
• Integrate Flexcube with other external systems using web services or APIs
• Onsite travel for flexcube implementation or support based on the client’s requirement.
• Offer post live support which includes validating the patches and Releases in Flexcube before UAT and production movement.

Skills:

• Proficient in Flexcube configuration, customization, and development
• Knowledge of Flexcube modules such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Loans etc
• Experience in Flexcube Data Migration
• Experience in system integrations using web services, API, Queues
• Strong database skills in Oracle Database, and good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Java Programming
• Basic knowledge on application servers like weblogic
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and problem solving
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
