Fixed Income Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis on fixed income securities, including corporate bonds, sovereign debt, and structured products
• Monitor global fixed income markets, macroeconomic indicators, and interest rate trends
• Support portfolio managers in idea generation, trade execution, and risk management
• Develop and maintain financial models, credit reports, and valuation tools
• Analyze issuer financial statements and assess creditworthiness
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials and client presentations
• Track portfolio performance and attribution across strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including risk, compliance, and operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in fixed income research, asset management, credit analysis, or a related investment role
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, credit markets, and yield curve dynamics
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and Bloomberg; knowledge of Python or VBA is a plus
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Progress toward CFA designation preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with investment-grade and high-yield credit
• Familiarity with ESG integration in fixed income investing
• Exposure to portfolio construction or fixed income attribution analysis
• Knowledge of bond pricing, duration, convexity, and risk analytics
