As an Experience Centre Manager at our company, your role will involve leading the daily operations of our Experience Centre with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing products, and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure an exceptional customer experience by guiding visitors through product displays and offering expert advice on interior design solutions. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty. - Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff coordination. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services and drive foot traffic to the Experience Centre. - Lead, train, and manage a team of showroom staff to provide high-quality customer service and product knowledge. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales figures, and customer feedback. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of interior design trends and products. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong sales and marketing acumen. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
